This introductory raranga (Māori weaving) course is perfect for beginners. Each session you will learn new techniques to be able to complete:

Toi Whatu for beginners
5 x Saturdays - fortnightly
Starting Term 2, 2020
11am - 5pm
This introductory whatu (Māori finger weaving, twining) course is perfect for beginners. Each session you will learn new techniques to be able to complete a tauira (sampler) made from contemporary materials. This will lead to being able to complete a larger kākahu (wearable item).
